This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Queen Anne style with Shingle Style influences built ca. 1900. The structural system is frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are replacement vinyl siding and replacement vinyl shingles. Vinyl shingles used for gablefronts, while vinyl siding is present on the rest of the house. The building has a cross gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with deep. There is one center, straddle ridge, brick chimney. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 sash. There is a single-story, full-width enclosed porch characterized by a shed roof clad in asphalt shingles with square wood posts on rectangular wood piers.
