This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Queen Anne style with Shingle Style influences built in 1903. The structural system is frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are replacement vinyl siding. The building has a flared gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with deep and two flared hip dormers. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 sash. There is a single-story, full-width veranda characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with doric wood posts on square wood piers.
