This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style with Craftsman influences built in 1908. The building is irregular in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is concrete. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with deep and one hip-roofed dormer. There is one offset right, side slope, brick chimney. Windows are , 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-span partially enclosed characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with rectangular brick posts. The left two thirds of the porch are enclosed; the right third, at the location of the front door, is open. The front door is located at the right end of the front façade, within the open portion of the front porch.
