This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Vernacular style built in 1903. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are synthetic board siding. The building has a gable roof clad in asphalt shingles. Windows are modern vinyl, 5/6 sash. There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with turned wood posts on rectangular wood piers. The porch features a wood railing with square balusters. The front door is located slightly left of center within the front porch.
