This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Vernacular style built in 1903. The structural system is frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are synthetic board siding. The building has a gable roof clad in asphalt shingles. Windows are modern vinyl, 5/6 sash. There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with turned wood posts on rectangular wood piers.
