Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence built in 1903. The building is irregular in plan. The structural system is frame. Exterior walls are vinyl siding. The building has a gable roof clad in asphalt shingles with deep and one hip-roofed dormer. Windows are , 1/1 sash. There is a single-story, full-span enclosed porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with rectangular vinyl-clad posts. The front entry is located slightly left of center on the front façade of the enclosed porch. The door is reached by a set of wood stairs with wood railings and a narrow landing.
