This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Prairie style built in 1919. The building is irregular in plan. The structural system is frame. Exterior walls are stucco. The enclosed front porch is accessed only from the interior and does not feature any exterior doors. The front door is located within a covered front stoop on the right side elevation. The stoop features a small hip roof clad in asphalt shingles, square post supports, and stucco knee walls.
