This is a 1.5-story single-family residence in the Vernacular style built in 1903. The structural system is frame. Exterior walls are vinyl siding. The building has a gable roof clad in asphalt shingles and eave returns. There is one offset right, side slope, brick chimney. Windows are modern aluminum, 1/1 sash. The enclosed porch appears to feature a wide version of a jalousie window. There is a single-story, full-span enclosed porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with rectangular wood posts. The front entry is located slightly right of center on the front elevation of the enclosed porch. It is met by a set of wood stairs with wrought-iron railings.
