Decorative ornament includes a limestone facade with vertical rounded piers, horizontal stone insets at the parapet, and an illuminated marquee sign. The architect was John C. Schneberger of Thomas W. Lamb, Inc., a company from New York City. The Lake Theater is at 1022 Lake St. 1018 Lake, 1020 Lake, and 1026 Lake are retain stores that share the building.
