This is a 2-story single-family residence with Queen Anne influences built in 1908. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is undetermined. Exterior walls are replacement aluminum siding. The building has a high front gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with box cornice and one gabled dormer.
