This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Queen Anne style with Neo-Classical influences built in 1907. The building is square in plan. The structural system is frame. The building has a bellcast hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with box cornice and one bellcast hipped dormer. There is one center, straddle ridge, brick chimney.
