Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Craftsman style built in 1913. The building is l in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is raised. Exterior walls are original stucco. The building has a medium hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with box cornice and one hip-roofed dormer. There is offset right, side slope, brick flue. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, single-bay enclosed porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with battered stone posts.
