This is a 1-story library in the Georgian style built in 1936. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is raised. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a medium side gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one side right, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 8/12 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, partial-width platform/stoop on square stone piers. There is a single-story, rear, brick addition.
