Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Craftsman style built in 1913. The structural system is frame. The foundation is poured concrete. Exterior walls are original stucco and original stucco. The building has a low hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with open cornice and exposed rafters and brackets. There is one offset right, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 4/1 double-hung sashes. 3-over-1 windows on second floor porch. There is a two-story, single-bay open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with square stuccoed posts on square stuccoed piers. Two-story stucco porch is enclosed on second floor and open on first floor. Side entry through side porch.
