This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Craftsman style built in 1913. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is undetermined. Exterior walls are original stucco and original stucco. Decorative wood brackets below first floor windows. The building has a medium hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with box cornice. Windows are replacement vinyl fixed. There is a single-story, single-bay recessed porch with modern metal posts. Side entry through recessed porch.
