Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Craftsman style built in 1913. The structural system is frame. The foundation is undetermined. Exterior walls are original stucco and original stucco. The building has a cross-hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with box cornice. There is one offset right, brick chimney. Windows are replacement aluminum fixed. There is a single-bay corner porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with brackets support cantilevered roof wood posts.
