Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1918. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original stucco. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one center, straddle ridge, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, Prairie Grid-light casements. There is a single-story, recessed veranda characterized by a flat roof with side wall stuccoed posts.
