This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Colonial Revival style built in 1920. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is poured concrete. Exterior walls are original stucco. The building has a gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and two gabled dormers. There is one offset right, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are replacement aluminum clad wood, Prairie Grid/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, single-bay central open porch characterized by a gabled roof clad in asphalt shingles with battered wood posts. Porch constructed in 2016. Entry door with sidelights. There is a two-story, rear, frame/stucco addition. Residential.
