This is a 2-story duplex in the Queen Anne style built ca. 1900. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is concrete block. Exterior walls are original stucco. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and four gabled with flared eaves dormers. There is one center, straddle ridge, brick chimney. Windows are vinyl, 6/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, partial-width enclosed porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with covered by siding stuccoed posts.
