Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1921. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is poured concrete. Exterior walls are original stucco. Decorative wood trim and banding. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and one hip-roofed dormer. There is one side right, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are replacement aluminum clad wood, 3/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, partial-width platform/stoop characterized by a hip-roofed canopy with bracket supports roof clad in asphalt shingles. There is a two-story, rear, frame/stucco addition. Residential expansion.
