Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Neo-Classical style built ca. 1925. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is poured concrete. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a side gable roof clad in original slate and two eyebrow dormers. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, partial-width platform/stoop with paired round wood posts.
