Architectural Description:

This is a 3-story single-family residence in the Queen Anne style built ca. 1887. The structural system is frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are historic wood siding and historic wood shingles. Diagonal wood siding on turret. Triangular shingles in front gable, fishscale shingles in east gable. The building has a hipped gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. Front and east-facing gables, west-facing gabled dormer, hexagonal corner turret. There is one side left, side slope, brick chimney and one side right, side slope, brick chimney. Windows are historic wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Decorative wood molding around front gable window. There is a single-story, wrap-around open porch characterized by a flat roof with square wood posts. Porch wraps around east and rear facades. Side entry.
