The building has a high hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. No chimney present. Windows are replacement aluminum, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Replacements with aluminum storms. There is a single-story, full-span corner porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with square wood posts on rectangular concrete block piers.
