This is a 2.5-story, 3-bay house in the Prairie School style built in the period 1900-1909. The foundation is rusticated concrete block. Exterior walls are replacement vinyl siding. The building has a high hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. No chimney present. Windows are replacement aluminum, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Replacements with aluminum storms. There is a single-story, full-span corner porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with square wood posts on rectangular concrete block piers.
