This is a 1.5-story, 2-bay house in the Bungalow/craftsman style built ca. 1910. Exterior walls are original stucco and original concrete block. The building has a center gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with raked open cornice and brackets and one gabled dormer. There is one center, straddle ridge, metal pipe chimney. Windows are original, 4/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, wrap-around porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with square concrete block posts.
