This is a 1-story, 3-bay house in the Folk/Traditional style built in the period 1900-1909. The foundation is undetermined. Exterior walls are replacement stone veneer. The building has a center gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. Chimney removed. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, single-bay open porch characterized by a gabled roof clad in asphalt shingles with square permastone posts. Recessed porch.
