This is a 1-story, 3-bay house in the Folk/Traditional style built ca. 1915. The foundation is rusticated concrete block. Exterior walls are replacement asbestos. The building has a cross gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. Chimney is not present. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by a gabled roof clad in asphalt shingles with square wood posts. Front gable porch replacement concrete deck. Original columns replaced w 4 x 4 lumber. There is a single-story, side, lean to addition.
