The building has a medium front gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one offset left, side slope, metal pipe chimney. Windows are original wood, vertical 5/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in metal with battered wood posts on square brick piers.
