The building has a high hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one offset right, side slope, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 8/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by a hip-and-gable roof clad in asphalt shingles with square wood posts. Porch deck and supports replaced.
