This is a 2-story, 3-bay house in the Folk/Traditional style built in the period 1890-1899. The foundation is rusticated concrete block. Exterior walls are replacement asbestos. The building has a hip and gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. Chimney is not present. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, two-bay open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with square wood posts. There is a flush center entrance.
