This is a 2-story, 3-bay multi-family residence in the Craftsman style built in the period 1900-1909. The foundation is rusticated concrete block. Exterior walls are replacement vinyl siding. The building has a low hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. Chimney removed. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, two-bay open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with classical wood posts on square brick piers. There is a two-story, rear, frame addition. Added two story frame addition to rear and another ell to rear addition.
