This is a 1-story, 3-bay house in the Bungalow/craftsman style built in the period 1910-1919. The foundation is rusticated concrete block. Exterior walls are original wood siding. The building has a front gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one side left, side slope, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, vertical 3/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by a hip-and-gable roof clad in asphalt shingles with battered wood posts on square rock face block piers.
