Architectural Description:

This is a 1.5-story, 3-bay house in the Queen Anne style with Craftsman influences built in the period 1890-1899. The foundation is rusticated concrete block. Exterior walls are replacement aluminum siding. The building has a hip and gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one center, rear slope, metal pipe chimney. Windows are replacement aluminum, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, two-bay open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with battered wood posts.
