This is a 1.5-story, 6-bay apartment building in the Folk/Traditional style built in the period 1880-1889. The foundation is rusticated concrete block. Exterior walls are replacement vinyl siding. The building has a multi-plane/complex roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. No chimney in view. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Sliding windows also present. There is a two-story, side, frame addition. Two story addition added to east side. Shed with cupola incorporated into the rear.
