The building has a center gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. No chimney is present. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, wrap-around open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with short battered wood posts on square wood piers. There is a two-story, rear, frame addition. A rear frame addition two-story addition has been constructed in the rear.
