This is a 1-story, 3-bay house in the Queen Anne style with Classical Revival influences built in the period 1890-1899. The foundation is rusticated concrete block. Exterior walls are replacement vinyl siding. The building has a hip and gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. No chimney present. Windows are replacement vinyl, 6/6 double-hung sashes. Decorative mullions. There is a single-story, wrap-around open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with rectangular vinyl-clad posts on square wood piers.
