The building has a hip and gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one center, rear slope, metal pipe chimney. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with short battered wood posts. There is a single-story, rear, frame addition. Added living space to rear to make rectangle foot print. Addition indicated by block foundation.
