This is a 1.5-story, 3-bay house in the Craftsman style built in the period 1890-1899. The foundation is rusticated concrete block. Exterior walls are replacement press board. The building has a hip and gable roof clad in replacement metal. There is one offset left, side slope, metal pipe chimney. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, two-bay open porch characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof clad in metal with square concrete block posts on square concrete block piers.
