This is a 1.5-story, 3-bay house in the Craftsman style built in the period 1910-1919. The foundation is brick. Exterior walls are original wood siding. The building has a medium hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one offset right, side slope, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-span umbrage characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof clad in asphalt shingles with square brick posts on square brick piers.
