This is a 1.5-story, 3-bay house in the Bungalow/craftsman style built in Post 1914. The foundation is rusticated concrete block. Exterior walls are replacement aluminum siding. The building has a medium side gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one center, rear slope, brick chimney. Windows are original, 12/1 double-hung sashes. Windows are under plastic sheeting. 1/1 double hung windows in the dormer. There is a single-story, full-span enclosed porch characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof clad in asphalt shingles. Central entrance onto enclosed front porch. There is a single-story, rear, modern deck addition.
