Architectural Description:

This is a 1.5-story, 3-bay house in the Craftsman style built ca. 1910. The foundation is brick. Exterior walls are original wood siding. The building has a medium side gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and eave brackets and one gabled dormer. There is one side left, exterior, brick chimney and one side right, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, wrap-around open porch characterized by a gabled roof clad in asphalt shingles with square brick posts on square brick piers. There is a flush offset entrance with side lites.
