This is a 1.5-story, 3-bay house in the Craftsman style built in the period 1900-1909. The foundation is undetermined. Exterior walls are replacement press board. The building has a medium front gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and exposed rafters and brackets. There is one offset left, side slope, metalworkp chimney. Windows are original wood, 6/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, two-bay open porch characterized by a gabled roof clad in asphalt shingles with square wood posts on rectangular concrete block piers. Flush center entrance.
