Architectural Description:

This is a 1-story, 5-bay domestic building in the Exotic Revival style with Eclectic influences built in 1925. The structural system is frame. The foundation is undetermined. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a multi-plane/complex roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with open cornice and decorative bargeboard. There is one side left, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 6/6 double-hung sashes. There is an enclosed porch characterized by a bellcast gable roof clad in asphalt shingles with arched brick posts.
