Architectural Description

This is a 1-story, 5-bay house in the Exotic Revival style with Eclectic influences built in 1925. The foundation is undetermined. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a multi-plane/complex roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with open cornice. There is one side left, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 6/6 double-hung sashes. There is an enclosed porch characterized by a bellcast gable roof clad in asphalt shingles with arched brick posts. The original/significant owner is recorded as "T" Bone Winters, Businessman and Baseball Player. The property includes a garage that appears to contribute to its historic character.
