Architectural Description:

This is a 1.5-story, 3-bay house in the Craftsman style built ca. 1930. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is concrete. Exterior walls are replacement vinyl siding. The building has a side gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with open cornice and knee braces. Windows are replacement vinyl, 8/1 double-hung sashes. This house retains some original wood sash windows on the upper story. There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof clad in asphalt shingles with square brick posts on rectangular brick piers. The primary entry way is located in the center of the façade.
