Lady Hamilton Estates is one of the early post-war suburbs of Clay Township. The subdivision includes 34 lots laid out around a circular drive. Most of the houses follow plans typical of Ranch style architecture but at least one consists of a Mid-Century Modern house designed by Avriel Shull.

This is a 1-story, 5-bay house in the Builder Modern style built in 1955. The structural system is frame. The foundation is concrete. Exterior walls are original permastone. The building has a low hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one offset right, front slope, permastone chimney. Windows are original wood, horizontal 3-light casements. This house also features sliding sash windows. There is a single-story, two-bay open porch characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof clad in asphalt shingles with battered wood posts on square stone piers. The primary entryway is located near the center of the façade.
