Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence. The building is l in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a medium side gable roof clad in modern asphalt shingles with box cornice and eave returns and three gabled dormers. Wide cornice with eave returns on the side elevations. Attached rear one-story ell has corbeled brick cornice. There is one offset left, side slope, brick chimney and one offset right, front slope, brick chimney. Chimney on attached rear ell and on the separate former summer kitchen. Windows are modern vinyl, 6/6 double-hung sashes. Appears all windows have been replaced except on the secondary structure (possibly the former summer kitchen), which appears to have original wood two-over-two windows. There is a single-story, three-bay open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with classical wood posts. Replacement door. There is a single-story, rear addition.
