This is a 2-story, 7-bay domestic building in the Miami Modern style with Garden Style influences built in 1952. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is concrete block. The foundation is spread footing. Exterior walls are replacement stucco and stucco. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are replacement aluminum single-hung sashes. Located on Ocean Drive; Main entrance entered along Iron gate.
