This is a 2-story, 3-bay hotel in the Other style built in 1994. The building is rectangular in plan. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are aluminum casements. Northernmost window on the east elevation protrudes from the building to create a triangular shape that sticks out and is ornamented with glass block. There is a single-story, full-span open porch. Narrow porch with metal railing along east elevation. Three primary entryways on the east elevation, each servicing a different retail shop; Hidden entryway for the upstairs hostel.
