Architectural Description:

This is a 3-story, 3-bay domestic building in the Miami Modern style with International influences built in 1958. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is concrete block stucco. The foundation is spread footing. Exterior walls are stucco and stone veneer. Four-colored tiled stone wall on southeast corner of building. The building has a flat roof clad in replacement gravel. Tiled stone wall rises above roofline, giving the illusion of a taller building. Windows are replacement aluminum casements. There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof. Simple aluminum railing; Single-colored terrazzo flooring. Simple glass door with aluminum frame.
