This is a 3-story domestic building in the Miami Modern style with Garden Style influences built in 1960. The building is rectangular with central courtyard in plan. The structural system is concrete block stucco. The foundation is spread footing. Exterior walls are stucco and brick veneer. Exterior of building is predominantly stuccoed; Corners of building ornamented with brick veneer; Limited tiled ornamentation visible from Ocean Drive. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are replacement aluminum sliding. All visible windows on primary (east) elevation are large sliding glass doors that open up onto private balconies for each apartment unit; On north and south facades, windows are small single-sash. No dominating porch for the building; Apartment units facing Ocean Drive have narrow, individual balconies. Primary entryway for private apartment units is through a gate on the Ocean Drive elevation that leads directly into the central garden, all catwalks can be accessed through here to lead to any of the individual units.
