Architectural Description:

This is a 5-story domestic building in the Other style built in 1998. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is concrete block stucco. The foundation is reinforced concrete. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are original aluminum sliding. Shared porch between 500 and 510 Ocean Ocean Drive is set into the building, outlined by rectangular cutout archways. Primary entryway is a glass double-door framed in aluminum; Brick floor ornamentation directly before and lavish marble floor ornamentation directly in the interior.
