Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story domestic building in the Other style with Mediterranean Revival influences built in 1925. The building is irregular in plan. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are replacement aluminum fixed. Windows along the east and south elevations are all fixed and used as display windows for the retail space inside. No porch. Corner-cut primary entryway is on the northwest corner of Collins Avenue and 6th street; Single glass door with thin fixed rectangular windows adjacent on either side and fixed arch window above.
